Resource Circulation Industry Booster Association (RCBA) (hereinafter referred to as the Association) was established on August 22, 2024, and received approval from the Ministry of the Interior on October 29, 2024. It completed its legal registration as a corporate entity on February 5, 2025, officially commencing operations. The Association was founded to align with national policies, uniting professionals and organizations in the resource recycling industry both domestically and internationally. Its mission is to drive technological innovation, equipment advancements, and industrial upgrades, enhancing industry competitiveness and added value while promoting the development of a resource recycling economy.
From its inception, the Association has actively engaged in technical exchanges, policy advocacy, and industry research to foster innovation and practical applications in the resource recycling sector. To strengthen supply chain integration, the Association has participated in initiatives such as the 8+N Resource Recycling Alliance, establishing matchmaking mechanisms with government agencies and businesses. These efforts facilitate collaboration between upstream and downstream industries, helping businesses adapt to regulatory changes and market demands.
Amid the rapid growth of the global circular economy, the Association is committed to promoting international cooperation and knowledge exchange. By participating in international conferences and signing memoranda of understanding (MOUs), it enhances the global competitiveness of Taiwan’s resource recycling industry. Moving forward, the Association will continue to deepen technological innovation, refine supply chain development, promote successful case studies, and raise public awareness and support for resource recycling. Together, we aim to drive Taiwan toward a sustainable future.
